If Luton stay up, Edwards is manager of the season as far as I'm concerned.

He needs to calm down before he gets out of our realistic target zone.

It is my honest feeling that we should be trying to compete for Michel and Alonso before they become easy pick ups for Liverpool and Barcelona.    I have severe reservations about tactical ability of Howe,  to rigid in his formation and borderline hopeless in subs and squad managment.   He made the change after burn got destroyed by Bailly,  and today he let Burn continue after he was destroyed in the first half.    It is either after the horse has bolted or changes for change sake like the Liverpool loss.

I like him as a person but if we are going to go anywhere we need to be looking for a manager that can adapt to situations

They are horrendous but you couldn't really expect much else. The gulf between the Premier League and Championship is huge these days. Half, if not more, of the league has squads that cost hundreds of millions to assemble and Sheffield United had Ndiaye and Berge nicked off them as well.

Burnley are the ones who should be a bit embarrassed by their showing really. Ran away with the Championship and spent a bit in the summer. I suppose you can also point to Luton's valiant efforts and question why Sheffield Utd couldn't at least have emulated them.

I think I was one of Roy's last fans but even I'm Roy out now. This cannot be allowed to continue anymore.

I said youd struggle with him this season and then you made me turn on that opinion, now I cant say I told you so xD

Did Richarlison celebrate the goal?

Alonso’s been linked with Madrid and us, two clubs he’s got legendary status at and that are ready to compete for honours as soon as he steps into a role - I don’t think he’d give Newcastle serious consideration.
