Pep Talk Posted November 26, 2017 Posted November 26, 2017 games like that are so tough when teams just play so deep. Managing to pull it out showed great character
Cicero Posted November 26, 2017 Posted November 26, 2017 Games like that are the making of champions.

Panna King Posted November 26, 2017 Posted November 26, 2017 Arsenal were poor today, struggled to create anything, we are seeing also why not many clubs wanted Lacazette, he just doesnt do much at all, he really is no different to a Wiltord. Got lucky in the end with a penalty but everything game this season has been such a struggle.
Administrator Stan Posted November 27, 2017 Author Administrator Posted November 27, 2017 all kick-offs 19.45 unless stated Tuesday 28th November, 2017 Brighton vs Crystal Palace Leicester vs Tottenham Watford vs Man Utd West Brom vs Newcastle Wednesday 29th November, 2017 Arsenal vs Huddersfield Bournemouth vs Burnley Chelsea vs Swansea Everton vs West Ham, 20.00 Man City vs Southampton, 20.00 Stoke vs Liverpool, 20.00
LFCMadLad Posted November 27, 2017 Posted November 27, 2017 Some good matches here to be fair. Leicester v Spurs could be interesting, Watford v Utd also. Everton v West Ham is the tie of the round though. The loser of that is in real trouble. Draw not much good for either.

Everton need something to galvanise them (aside from getting a new manager). West Ham need to get themselves going and pick up some wins. Almost like a fairytale for Moyes to get that first win.

I wouldn’t right yourselves off against Spurs either. You have a good side and are more than capable of taking points against the top sides at home.
Administrator Stan Posted November 27, 2017 Author Administrator Posted November 27, 2017 did anyone see this Lukaku/Bong incident? https://www.bbc.co.uk/sport/football/42135484 Quote Manchester United striker Romelu Lukaku must wait to discover if he will be punished for allegedly kicking out at Brighton defender Gaetan Bong. The incident allegedly happened during United's 1-0 win on Saturday, but referee Neil Swarbrick took no action. Swarbrick's report on the match will be studied by the Football Association. Lukaku could get a three-match domestic ban for violent conduct, which would rule him out of the home derby against Manchester City on 10 December. The striker could also miss league matches against Watford and Arsenal.

Cicero Posted November 27, 2017 Posted November 27, 2017 Morata----Pedro Cesc Alonso----Drinkwater---Kante---Zappacosta Cahill----Christensen---Azpilicueta Courtois I'd Give Hazard a rest for this one, and Bakayoko. Save them for Newcastle.
True Blue Posted November 27, 2017 Posted November 27, 2017 Not sure we are in a position to rest key players as we are far from the top, but that team should do more than a decent job against Swansea. Perhaps even put Rudiger for Cahill for rotation. Also Moses now cleared not sure how much time will he need to get full match fitness.

Really don't know who to put out atm, but Hazard needs a rest. The fuck is wrong with Batshuayi? I'd ease Moses into the 2nd half.

Hell maybe even start Willian he has shown improvements in his form. Think Moses could get minutes if we get a couple of goals early on.
Dave Posted November 27, 2017 Posted November 27, 2017 Wenger has been surprisingly quiet following his criticism of Sterling's theatrics in the area given how easy Ramsey went down in the area against Burnley.
Toony Posted November 27, 2017 Posted November 27, 2017 Be a tough one, Hawthorns is usually a very difficult place to go and we are in horrible form. Think we'll get beat by the odd goal.
Dave Posted November 27, 2017 Posted November 27, 2017 I hate this fixture. It's like a trip to the dentist.
HK85 Posted November 27, 2017 Posted November 27, 2017 Don't think we'll win. They'll be dangerous from set plays and will most definitely score from at least one of them.
