Yes @Tommy! Love that ooze of the garlic and herbs when you cut in to it. Perfect.

I only ever saw Chicken Kiev in the UK and in Malta. We don't have it here, so I had to make it myself! Originally wanted to put a lot more garlic butter in it, but the meat was too small to wrap it all, so I had to reduce the size of the block. :( Next time I'll use a different cut of meat.

That's how I ate it in England. First and only time until today. Unfortunately, Chicken Kiev is not a thing around here. :( I hope the Ukrainian refugees make it a thing.

That's actually reminded me of a childhood staple.

I used to just bake a whole bag of these, in a bowl and wallop, gone.

Made "Chicken Kiev" from scratch for the first time. It turned out a lot better than I had anticipated. But there's still room for improvement and I know what to do better next time.

Still pleased with the outcome though. The whole thing took me 2 1/2 hours. xD

Never seen them before but you just know they'd hit right when you want a quick fix.

Turkey drummers and Crispy Pancakes as well. The plus side of kids

I used to enjoy Crispy Pancakes until they became more crispy than pancake... They just seemed to have less and less in them as time went by..

Looks great! I see a Hot Dog, Mac & Cheese, what's on the left (apart from the corn) and at the top?

Ribs I think?

Yea, that makes sense. Now we only have the yellow and red things at the top to solve. 🤔

I thought pineapple too. Watermelon looks a little too red? But could be. 🤔xD

Ribs and beer wurst smoked in a hickory chip smoker. Pineapple and watermelon. Deviled eggs in there, too.

Pineapple and watermelon is a real nice refreshing contrast next to all the "heavy" (yet tasty) stuff.

Love it. It's the only BrewDog product that I can vouch for.

"Indian" Butter Chicken.

Marinated the meat in yoghurt, garam masala, garlic, ginger, lemon juice, paprika powder, and cheyenne pepper over night. And then cooked it in the oven while preparing the sauce seperately. That made the meat so tender. 🤤

Doesn't look like much, but it was pretty tasty.
