I know it’s Liverpool fans favourite subject, so what about that blatant penalty at the end with the foul on Son? Mate, you lot should have been 5-6 goals down before 80 minutes. We are not match sharp up top, otherwise you'd have got thumped today.
LFCMike Posted September 15, 2018 Posted September 15, 2018 It was completely accidental but the Firmino injury looks worse than I first thought. Hopefully not out too long
Dr. Gonzo Posted September 15, 2018 Posted September 15, 2018 Uh that looks bad, and he was bleeding from his eye. I hope he’s not blind in an eye now.
Guest Posted September 15, 2018 Posted September 15, 2018 Massive win for Liverpool today. Its a statememt win as well. I'd like Liverpool to win rhe league it gives more hope to teams like arsenal.

The league not having VAR probably fucked you there. I don’t blame the ref for not giving it, it looks like he slips when I watch it full speed. That’s just bad luck for you. But I think on the run of play, if you’d gotten a point it would have been really lucky we weren’t more clinical. So many defensive errors from Spurs today it was a far cry from what I was expecting. Completely agree with you on all of that

We also had players at the World Cup, we also had an International break and we also had players out injured. I don't think anything cost Spurs today. In fact if anything it was our own doing that our goal difference isn't 3 or 4 goals better off. They honestly should be thankful that our finishing today was shocking.

I think we haven’t been close to our best because of the World Cup too though.

Administrator Stan Posted September 15, 2018 Administrator Posted September 15, 2018 Just seen pictures of that. Looks vile from the still. To come away from that with full vision in tact would be like a miracle given how far it looks like the finger went in.
6666 Posted September 15, 2018 Posted September 15, 2018 I'm sure he didn't mean it but I'm trying to figure out exactly how you accidentally get your finger that much into someone's eye...

UNORTHODOX Posted September 15, 2018 Posted September 15, 2018 Fuck, not even UFC eye pokes are that brutal.

It was a one sided game though and fatigue and lack of depth can explain the poor showing from spurs.
