Dave
Quote Liverpool are in pole position to buy Thorgan Hazard from Borussia Monchengladbach, and could make a move as early as January, according to Liga Financial. The winger has eight goals and six assists in the Bundesliga this season and has a release clause of around €30m (£27m). @LFCMadLad @Dr. Gonzo @Rick @Harry @Mel81x @LFCMike @IgnisExcubitor @UNORTHODOX @tarzanontoast @YNWA
Cicero
Good option to have off the bench. Can rotate with Mane.
Subscriber RandoEFC+ Posted December 13, 2018 Subscriber Share Posted December 13, 2018 If he's actually available for £27m people should be getting all over that.
Dave
Bayern Munich have stepped up their pursuit of Thorgan Hazard, according to Kicker. The Belgian has shone for Borussia Monchengladbach this season and has also attracted interest from the Premier League. With Arjen Robben and Franck Ribery set to leave Bayern at the end of the season, the winger would be a natural replacement for one of the veterans. Monchengladbach, however, are determined to extend Hazard's contract, which expires in 2020.
Administrator Batard Posted December 13, 2018 Administrator Share Posted December 13, 2018 Chelsea have a buy back option, confirmed by the player himself. Could be a Hazard for Hazard merry-go-round this summer. @Cicero @Spike @True Blue @Bluewolf @carefreeluke @The Liquidator
Cicero
Think the rumor only appeared when it looked like we had interest for Pulisic. Dortmund wanted to replace him with Thorgan, so the rumor was we could've bargained the price on Pulisic lower given we have a buy back on Thorgan. Only player I'd replace Eden Hazard with is Isco. Like for Like Also, Real's players were whistled by their own fans the other night. Ronaldo even criticised them for showing disrespect. Hazard needs to realise the grass isn't always greener at Real. Courtois is now realising that.

Moderator Tommy Posted January 10, 2019 Moderator Share Posted January 10, 2019 So apparently in the Pulisic deal, Dortmund made Chelsea erase their buy-back clause for Gladbach's Thorgan Hazard, so Dortmund can go for him. That's some smart business from Dortmund.
Cicero
Probably why we got him for 50 million instead of the original 70 million Dortmund requested.
Moderator Tommy Posted February 6, 2019 Moderator Share Posted February 6, 2019 Looks like he might wants to stay in Gladbach. "I'm not done here yet", he said. https://www.transfermarkt.de/gladbach-chancen-auf-hazard-verbleib-gestiegen-ndash-bdquo-ich-bin-hier-noch-nicht-fertig-ldquo-/view/news/329378
