Any reason he talks like he needs a shit?

Go watch his rant on Cardi B’s WAP. It’s the only thing he’s ever done that’s worth watching/listening to. He makes some hilarious admissions.

But he talks like he needs a shit probably because he’s so full of shit

Ben Shapiro is not a towering intellect, but he is also not an idiot. He is a debator that has honed his speaking skills and memorises key salient points. It is just debate club (which he admitted to being a part of), he speaks quickly,  concisely, and eloquently, it doesn’t even matter if he is right or not because his technique suggests that he is and people buy into it. He has no critical thought and just parrots the fucking old testament and what his sponsors want him to say, because he is a very orthodox Jew and a stooge for big corporations. If you’ve fallen for his schtick hook, line, and sinker and you ever want to see him for his true self, watch anytime someone criticises or insults Israel, he turns into an overly emotional, blathering fool, because his ego is directly tied to the public perception of Israel

For chrissake this guy made his name for Breitbart debating half stoned and half drunk, teenagers at universities. He has no integrity or dignity. A weaponised Steven Crowder.

I didn't mind Ben Shapiro before COVID. I used to enjoy his videos with regards to some social issues but he's just turned into an annoyance with his anti COVID remarks and his continuing defence of Chauvin.

Shapiro does well to package an extremely dogmatic and irrational worldview into a credible “intellectual” package - smartly dressed, a qualified lawyer, fast-talking, self-assured - which allows people who hold all of the same highly emotive and tribalistic beliefs to claim that their position is the result of calm, critical reflection.

Pretty much anyone who has graduated from law school and who has done enough public speaking can stand up and confidently argue practically anything. Even myself, and I wasn’t even one of the best performers in those kinds of assessments.

For people looking at it who have come from a different background, it can be very convincing. The reality is that on-the-spot, off-the-cuff debating is more of a performance art than anything to do with serious critical thought or truth-finding.

The problem with a lot of the right media types is they never really bring up legitimate criticisms or accept being wrong, their shtick is general whataboutery that is used to rile up people who may feel similar so that they can get paid.

Take their obsession with cancel culture, it really doesn’t exist. Outrage culture does definitely, but celebs rarely get cancelled, they just end up losing jobs because they’ve said something racist or done something worse, which will get you sacked in any line of work.

But it pays to create hysteria around cancel culture and “wokeism”, they have inherently taken a black word and turned it into a machine to make them money, which is literally racism 101.

Corporate cancel culture is also a product of the continued descent of the GOP, and the proGOP structural biases in the electoral systems of electoral college (rural bias), senate (rural bias) and house (gerrymander).

Bottom line GOP are moving Further right and are losing much of their wealthier inner city and suburban (economic conservative) voters in favour of rural voters. Corporations act to preserve their bottom line, and for most of them their customer base is increasingly skewed democratic.

Might be a Mistrial.

One of the jurors allegedly lied with regards to how familiar and involved he was with the incident. He was apparently spotted at one of the BLM protests.

That fella sums up coppers in the the USA. He looks like a psycho and clearly isn't in the job to protect and serve.

These cunts are the worst type of criminals that exist as they are supposed to be there to protect.

If there’s probable cause the officer had the right to search and enter his vehicle. That being said, every citizen has the right to ask why they are being arrested/searched and the officer must answer.

Do police actually have to answer in the US?

Because police are allowed to lie to people in the US... so even if they did answer... they could just lie?

Sorry for delay, but yes. Part of the fifth amendment and Miranda rights.

They lie here too. The 2 most common ones for randomly stopping people are "there have been burglaries in the area" or "I can small cannabis" xD
