I think they will be more worried about us.

Over half of the season still to play, we will only get stronger as players recover from injuries, whereas manu can only hope their run of dodgy VAR decisions and penalties continue.9_9

Waiting for refs to not do favours for them is like waiting for Jesus to come down from heaven and offer you a few lines of pure cocaine. You can wait for it to happen, but don’t hold your breath

I had a couple of lines of pure cocaine last night, and funnily enough the lad who dropped it outside my door had a beard :D

Can both teams lose? :4_joy:

For me personally you are favourites for the league. A game in hand over liverpool. You have momentum, definite favourites for me.

I thought you liked liverpool anyway?

I really hope liverpool win. If utd get a dodgy decision I'm gonna have a @LFCMadLad style rant 🤣

You won't find me ranting mate. I know it's cool to name me but if you actually read through our match day threads there are a few others that literally become suicidal if we drop points. Me on the other hand...

Well to be fair yeah there are a few that do that more than you.

...didn’t care if we had the title stripped from us so what would a couple of points dropped matter?”

I didn't mind Liverpool, enemy of my enemy and all that but now we are direct rivals for the silverware  ..long way to go yet and we are not scoring like we normally do, anything can happen yet

Imagine if it was one of those where the full time whistle goes and then it's brought back through VAR xD

Best thing about this game is our win last night (and potentially Spurs today) is ruining Sky Sports pre-match coverage and not being able to call this a top two battle. Wounded.

You sit in the wings waiting for someone to make an even slightly negative remark about anything Klopp did in the match. Then you promptly mount your high horse and trot on in to dish out a few "truths" such as that Klopp is more qualified to make decisions than the average forumite.

It's your 2020 brand. Though I'm sure there were a few more rants back in the rodgers era 😉

No, it just annoys me when the same people lose their shit over the odd dropped point or don't sign someone when they say we should.

I'm from Liverpool and have been a fan since Kenny's first stint (before actually) so I've seen all the ups and downs. Nothing is more annoying though when people with no affiliation with the club whatsoever start demanding this and demanding that as if they are entitled.

I'd be surprised if they noticed you were there tbh

Anyone think it'll be stale and boring?

It has the potential to be a really good battle between two sides gunning for the title but I agree with you, it'll more likely be dull, stale, and a borefest after all the hype surrounding it.

Nothing more annoying to me than somebody, who publicly stated on here that they wanted last season to be voided and didn’t care if we lifted the premier league trophy, telling me that I have no affiliation with a club just because my postcode doesn’t start with the letter L.

You have no high horse, you have no pedestal. Sooner you realise that this is a football discussion board and actually start contributing to said discussion rather than trying to shut people down, the better.
@Harry summed your behaviour up perfectly.

As for the game, I have a quiet confidence. I think that we will beat them, and I think it could be a convincing one. The team had a meeting after the Saints game, and hopefully this 10 day break has come as a bit of a reset for us.

3-1 👀
