Poor broadcasting by BBC. They kept on showing him and his wife.

ESPN as well. They showed his body trying to be revived for god knows how long. Absolutely terrifying and told my daughter to leave the room.

I just got home and turned it on....so he just collapsed without being touched?

WTF

Collapsed on a throw-in and then it just got worse the more it kept being broadcasted.

Don't want to get all edgy at this time but yeah, why they had to zoom into him and his girlfriend etc was poor. Just cut to the pitch (like they are now) or studio.

Nobody needs to see that stuff.

BBC showing him and his gf reaction is incredibly insensitive.

Won’t be the BBC mate, will be generic broadcasting organised by the competition. Think all the BBC could do is completely cut off the programme

BBC have the ability to cut the broadcast though. They should have done that.

100% was convinced he was dead from the images we were seeing.

My wife was in floods of tears, I can't believe they continued with the footage for so long.

Says a lot when the players knew the cameras were going to be on Eriksen's unconscious body so they stood around him and created a wall. Imagine that being one of the things you need to learn to do as a footballer.
