Listen up you freaks.

As the staff struggle to remain impartial on a regular basis the decision has been made for 2022 to pass over the buck to the people that make this community a fantastic place to come and discuss about football.

To qualify for Member of the Month all you have to do is be placed in the top three on the leaderboard for 'most repped posts' in a day. This should hopefully act as an incentive to rep good posts more. You can find the leaderboard here: https://talkfootball365.com/pastleaders/?sortdirection=desc&sortdirection=desc

You have a week to put your vote in (18:00 finish time) and you cannot see who has voted for who. Comments and rationale however in this thread are welcomed.

but it is funny seeing a post with -12, honestly should have kept him around but installed a system that only allows downvotes on his posts. would have been mad funny
