A future United captain I reckon unless the likes of Woody Woodpecker and the Glazer mob realise they could make a few million's out of him and sell him off. nee Woody and the Glazers.
Subscriber Dan+ Posted September 10, 2019 Subscriber Posted September 10, 2019 Ninety million it is beyond me why clubs buy from the Premier League.
Subscriber RandoEFC+ Posted September 10, 2019 Subscriber Posted September 10, 2019 I initially doubted that United would go for £70-80m for Maguire and was wrong so I'm not even going to bother trying to laugh this one off. Genuinely could happen.
Danny Posted September 11, 2019 Posted September 11, 2019 £50m for Rice? Happy to be wrong and I can’t say I’ve watched his defensive game that much but he always seems sloppy/a heavy first touch. Would he improve a midfield like that?
Subscriber Mel81x+ Posted September 11, 2019 Subscriber Posted September 11, 2019 Its not 50 is it, its 90 now? I can't see this going through honestly but as someone rightly pointed out above they paid 80m for a boot-swinging penalty giver so this falls into the realm of possible.
Cicero Posted September 11, 2019 Posted September 11, 2019 Imagine spending 90 million when you have a youth player who is probably just as good, instead of getting a ST or RW.
Subscriber Pyfish+ Posted September 11, 2019 Subscriber Posted September 11, 2019 Ridiculous money for any player but RICE?
Cicero Posted September 11, 2019 Posted September 11, 2019 Rice would be United’s 5th choice midfielder
Vegan Kel Posted September 21, 2019 Posted September 21, 2019 I'd play him at centreback if anywhere. I reckon he'd be decent in a few years playing there week in week out
Subscriber CaaC (John)+ Posted September 29, 2019 Author Subscriber Posted September 29, 2019 They can fucking keep him at that price. West Ham are set to put a £100m price tag on England midfielder Declan Rice in order to price Manchester United out of a move for the 20-year-old. (Sunday Express)
Subscriber CaaC (John)+ Posted February 10, 2020 Author Subscriber Posted February 10, 2020 For £50 mill or £90 mill fuck off Moyes. Manchester United have new hope of completing a move for West Ham United's 21-year-old midfielder Declan Rice after Hammers boss David Moyes hinted the England international could be sold. (Manchester Evening News)
West of West Ham Posted June 15, 2020 Posted June 15, 2020 I can eventually see this happening, unfortunately. He’s the jewel in our crown, one of our most consistent performers and still got loads of potential; The epitome of the footballing academy West Ham are known for. The reason why it’s likely to happen, is our owners would swap him for a second hand Ford Mondeo if they thought it was a good deal, he won’t want to leave London if he can help it , he’ll earn unimaginable amounts of money, have more chance of success, work under a young England legend () and he’s a boyhood Chelsea fan. We’re not going to pull up any trees anytime soon and relegation is a real possibility, so what’s the incentive? Loyalty? He doesn’t owe us anything and while it’d hurt seeing him in another clubs colours, especially a hated rivals, he’s earned a big move.
