Ukraine are a poor team plus they are dead  on their feet.

No team that reaches the quarter finals are poor,. But you are right in saying this Ukraine side are dead on their feet, they look really fatigued. England have played the perfect game and they look like favourites to me to win the Euros.

If we win the tournament will it be devalued due to our boring style of play?

Not at all. The test if time will only say who the champions were.
look at Portugal or Greece in 2016 and 2004.
they won it and it meant a lot to them, nothing diminishes their claim as champions

If... and it is if..

England keep clean sheets all the way to the final.

Even win the whole thing.

Anyone, for whatever reason, will just look silly trying to talk it down in any way.

That they dodged France? Ok, maybe the only truly daunting looking side in it.

Didn't win all group games?

Could have looked more like a classic dominant German, French or Spanish side?

Or even that the win will be because of a generally weak era?

If England do go all the way.. it would just be sour grapes talking.

England's strong defence, the creative talent that they have and also how well they actually play as a team, makes them one of the strongest England teams in years.

Kane scored the first, won the free kick for the second, scored the third, won the corner for the fourth. Talisman.

Yeah, Kane has been excellent, but you have to give credit as well to the England teams defence at these Euros. We've not let in a goal in this competition and when the opposition have had shots on target like Werner and Havertz for Germany or Yaremchuk and Makarenko in today's match, Pickford has been equal to the efforts. What's more reassuring is the depth that this England squad has. Some excellent players on the bench.

Defence have been absolutely superb. Shaw one of the players of the tournament. Maguire and Stones really really good and Pickford great. Very happy with them

What did Kane do against Germany genuine question? you wouldnt have known he was on the pitch until he scored. Hilarious you come running out of the woodworks when he has a good game finally 5 matches into the tourne.

Kane was awful up until his goal, but to be fair to him something seems to have clicked and he's now the striker we wanted to see - simply brilliant tonight.

Seems like he's getting in form just when we need him.

Sorry can't seem to get rid of quote.

Two major tournament semi finals in a row is surely putting Southgate at the top pedestal of England managers. First time since 1966 WC and 1968 Euros.

If Kane wins the euros he won't leave spurs btw. Would be pointless, as nothing won at club level could come close

Man City would DESTROY England, international football is a much weaker level than club football

Really good win in terms of result, but I don’t think Denmark will play as badly defensively. Kane’s goal was shocking defending, still a great header from Kane to nutmeg the keeper, but when you watch the replay no Ukraine defenders go near him. Think they were done after the last game.

Fully expect Ukraine to beat England in this, if their players have a good recovery after tonights fight. Shevchenko seems like a good coach who can adapt to certain situations, unlike Löw today. Well not just today.

This is a genuine toss up. England 'should' win, but they typically lose games just like this so who knows.. I just can't trust England enough to win a game like this.

This is my favourite @Whiskey @shut up

’genuine toss up’ xD

Its coming home is the best football song of all time also
