Great idea @nudge! My absolute favourite image I've shot is when there were weekly fireworks displays one summer near where I used to live. It was a chance every week to hone my skills and really experiment with how best to shoot the fireworks. This one was my favourite from the hundreds of photos I took over those few weeks. The photo that seems to get the most attention is this one that I took on a ferry trip to Amsterdam: I love the photo as well but there's so many things I'd have done differently if I was to take it again. But I guess that comes with developing as a photographer. I believe this was one of the first I took with my DSLR.2 points

There was a Scottish independence referendum a couple of years before the EU membership vote. One of the reasons Scots are pissed off now is because during the campaigning for the Scottish referendum, David Cameron, the PM at the time told Scots that the best way to stay in Europe is to vote No to Scottish independence. Then obviously that proved to be false. Scotland voted something like 55:45 in favour of Remain during the EU referendum. Support for independence has risen again because Scotland dislike Brexit and Boris Johnson more than the rest of the UK, and because it is, or at least was until recently, perceived that Nicola Sturgeon had managed the Covid-19 crisis better than Boris Johnson. More fuel for the narrative that they'd be better off without being part of the UK. For many months, polling has suggested that support for leaving the UK is above 50%, although it is lower now than it was when it peaked in the upper 50s a few months ago. I imagine having an adviser on making sure Westminster govern with Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland and their own devolved governments in mind probably isn't that unusual. Perhaps they made a bigger song and dance of it this time because they're spooked by the polling after the Northern Irish support for breaking off from the UK is closer to tipping in favour than it has been for years primarily because of the issues with the trade border in the Irish Sea, and they want to show the public across the union that they're taking it seriously.1 point

Haha it's just an eating pattern, 16 fasting hours cycled by 8 non-fasting hours during the day. Seems to be a health fad these days, but it has been my natural eating pattern for years...1 point

@Happy Blue how many women have you sent to hospital after making love? edit: just to be clear I’m joking that he’s so strong that there’d have to have been an injury once or at least they couldn’t walk for a few days.1 point

Has to be this one of the wife taken 3 years ago when the old dear downstairs, Evalyne, passed away and we went to her funeral, this was taken in a club after and the way I took the photo of the wife as she was sitting with her back towards a mirror and the reflection made it look like if she was an angel with wings on her back.1 point

Yeah if he'd had stayed at Liverpool passed his mid 20s and didn't have the injury problems he'd have had a good go. Tbh, I don't hate him anymore. I think I was still a teenager when he moved to Man Utd so there was hate for him then but I've grown up a little now, I think! I look back at some of the goals he scored, the cup final in 2001, fondly and think he should be considered a proper Liverpool legend but it's his fault he's not.1 point

Dalglish signed Aldridge, Beardsley and Barnes together and they literally tore the league apart. Aldridge was so good Rush was hardly missed. Barnes and Beardsley well, they were just on a different planet. Houghton and Mcmahon in midfield with Hanson etc at the back. I was lucky enough to see that side develop. If you get chance watch the video 'The Mighty Reds 87/88'. Its on YouTube I think.. brilliant!! Arguably the best Liverpool side in history.1 point

My prediction. You'll get cramps, pains, shit water, headaches, loss of focus, lose heaps of muscle glycogen and fat, that you will then stack back on within 2 weeks of eating normally1 point

I'm a less is more weight loss dude. I like to do it with minimal changes for maximum results as I've said before. I'll jog an extra day a week, add a little cardio post workout and eat less snacks, gradually increasing all those things over time to get the results I want. I'm not into big dramatic changes.1 point

29,3km, yea. I always made sure to get a lot of steps in. Now during Corona lockdown, my friends have caught on. And they have challenges and whatnot. I will not have them undermine me.1 point

Yea, around 4 1/2 - 5 hours I'd say. Went for a walk after work at 14:00. Came home around 18:00. Then went for another walk at 22:30 until 23:20ish.0 points
