What a massive cunt he is. Just a slightly better version of Royston Drenthe.

That man was born to play for PSG, spend most of the season show boating and dabbing in 5-0 wins, having one good game in the Champions League against a half decent but not elite side and using that to convince himself he's good enough to win the Ballon D'Or despite being exposed as utterly average when they come up against a Barcelona or Manchester City.

Hope he does leave in the summer as he's a boring twat. #PogBye

Improvements in the pipeline for Old Trafford's atmosphere...

Quote

Song sheets and continental-style 'cheerleaders' with megaphones are among the ideas being discussed in an effort to improve the atmosphere at Manchester United's home games.

Manager Jose Mourinho has previously said that Old Trafford is too quiet.

The club were asked at a recent fans' forum if song sheets could be distributed at the turnstiles.

United said they would look into the idea, although it is highly unlikely to be implemented.

Meanwhile, the Premier League club will provide fans with a "full update" in May on the potential for having a women's team.

United have received intense criticism for their failure to field an adult women's side, at a time when local rivals Manchester City, plus Arsenal, Chelsea and Liverpool, all have teams at the top end of the Women's Super League.

The Old Trafford club say the idea remains "under review at a high level of the club".

At the fans' forum, United said a women's team "isn't something that can happen overnight". They cite staffing and facilities as specific issues.

However, it is understood a women's side is part of the discussion around potential development of United's training site at the Cliff in Salford.

Fans' groups are apparently looking into whether it would be possible to replicate the atmosphere at grounds in countries such as Germany and Italy, where crowd involvement is 'conducted' by supporters with megaphones, backed by other fans with instruments.

United did introduce a singing section in the north-east corner of the ground but it has not made a significant improvement.

Both the club and fans' groups felt the situation was far better on Saturday, when the singing section was moved to the south-east corner of the stadium for the FA Cup quarter-final with Brighton.

However, this is the area normally reserved for away supporters and it is felt moving that section for league games is impractical given the number of season ticket holders in other parts of the ground.

For anyone who hasn't seen the whole speech about how Man Utd not being great is normal (despite heavy investment) -

I do think though he has a bit of a point. Utds last 2 champions league campaigns under Ferguson were disappointing. And they haven't done great since. They have improved under him for me. Although u did expect more from them under him.

He has improved them from what they were under Moyes & van Gaal but the criticism he's received has been more about how he wants them to play where being cowardly is their default setting. The football was actually worse and a lot more limited under Moyes & van Gaal but Man Utd aren't investing insane amounts of money to be compared with how things were under Moyes & van Gaal. And he can talk about what he inherited but Man Utd were still massive favourites against Sevilla and they messed up. He could've responded to criticism in a smarter way which was actually relevant to the criticism but instead he chose to be his worst enemy and make things worse and escalate negativity.

#Trust THE Fucking process

Even if we only win the FA cup this and year it would match what Barcelona accomplish last year(copa del Rey) I can see us bouncing back next season and dominate the league like them.

When one billion isn't enough, better spend a billion more... Mourinho's a real tactician: park the bus and empty the bank xD

Manchester City were offered the chance to buy Paul Pogba and Henrikh Mkhitaryan from Manchester United in January, says manager Pep Guardiola.

Guardiola said the pair's agent, Mino Raiola, contacted him and told him the midfielders were available.

Pogba, who joined United for a then record £89m in 2016, stayed at Old Trafford but Mkhitaryan joined Arsenal.

Raiola told BBC Sport he did not speak to Guardiola but did not deny telling City of the players' availability.

@Redcanuck ~ so would this mean United now agree with me..... Huge waste of money?

I don't think for one moment that he is available, at least from the club's prespective.  Raiola, who knows what he is up to?   Pogba has indicated he knows nothing about it.

I never saw it, but I understand he answered with a couple of goals against the run of the game which set up the win today. About bloody time he did something.

Congrats!

He has to play like that most of the time to warrent the hype.  Second half he was playing further up the pitch with little or no defensive responsibility.  Hopefully in the summer we will pick up a couple of midfielders and a couple of defenders that will allow Pogba to play a freer role.

Yeah it was about time he showed he could play agaisnt the big boys.   You should insult him every week, he must have read your post.

Isnt that what Matic is sopposed to do?

Oh I think the bombshell dropped by the Man City manager before the game sheds bucket's full of light on Pogba's reported falling out with Jose n mega sulk about the club during the timescale of the last window. You can't drop a bombshell like that without it being smothered in truth and of course, Pogba's performance could also be down to trying to get that move across Manchester!
