Dave Posted January 19, 2023 Share Posted January 19, 2023 Providing the spending slows down at some point, unless they miss out on Europe for 2/3 seasons I don't see how they will breach FFP due to amortisation. Some of these players are signing very lengthy contracts. Mind you the prospect of having a load of Winston Bogarde's on the pay roll for years on end can't be a nice thought. It's a gamble to ride the wave with these young players in the hope they develop to their potential. If it works, its high reward considering we are set for a very long time.
