Mason Greenwood

This culture of being above the average man and in control of young women is out of control.

Greenwood deserves prison time and his career ending but this isn't just him, this is loads of footballers.

Look back at the Ched Evans case, he was proven not guilty in the end but it was still a case of a group of young footballers treating a young women like a piece of meat.

Getting back to Greenwood the photos alone are horrific but the audio is just mental, as a father of two young girls the thought that someone would treat them like that makes me sick to my stomach. Career over and rightly so, his family must absolutely ashamed and heartbroken at what he's thrown away.

This is a horrible comparison.

I, and I'm sure, many others have gone out on town with the lads, taken some party drugs, picked up a girl and slept with her. She lied about drug use, and it was a fucking crime he was found guilty in the first place, and it's women like her who create a bad environment for women who are actually taken advantage of or have their drinks spiked.
Ched Evans is a footballer who shouldn't be doing drugs, or putting himself in that situation to begin with. But getting drunk and wasted and fucking someone is done by millions of people every weekend. She just happened to be someone who'd falsely accused a few rugby players in the past, and had a stack of blokes rock up to the retrial and say "Yeah, she drinks and snoots coke and fucks dudes, it's a no brainer"

Mason Greenwood on the other hand should be fucking demonized.

Aye, someone wanting a train run on them is different to domestic abuse and rape. Women can objectify men too, and they have all rights to root ten blokes in a row if they want.

My tip is don’t do party drugs and only root the one you love,  ut what do I know

When Manchester United brought Ronaldo in for his experience to rub off on Greenwood, this probably isn't what they meant

Am sure somebody posted on here a couple of years ago that there was talk of Greenwood and similar allegations against him.

What Ched Evans did was stupid because he’s a football player. But I don’t think what he did was really predatory - just stupid.

What Greenwood’s done is just evil. In the audio he comes across as a bit underdeveloped, like a spoiled child - thinking he’s entitled to a shag because he “asked nicely.” But I think as soon as you hit puberty, you’re old enough to learn it’s not alright to be a violent rapist.

So like you say, he should be demonised

The last 3 arrests of players in the league have all been for disturbing sex crimes. Child porn, serial rape, and this Greenwood shite. A bit worrying, because these are all more substantially serious than the 10 or so drink driving arrests we’d see from these man-children who are overpaid.

You are probably remembering this from Sep 2020 which was mentioned in here somewhere?

Footballer Mason Greenwood has apologised for breaking coronavirus guidelines after he was dropped from the England squad.

Greenwood, 18, and his England teammate Phil Foden, 20, are thought to have invited two local women back to their hotel room in Reykjavik, Iceland.

Actually never seen the post you've provided. But somebody did mention rape, unless it was another forum I'm banned from 🤣

Police given more time to question him, Nike have fucked him off.

The club have stopped selling Greenwood merch too (wonder how many people were willing to buy any of his stuff once the news broke though - judging by Twitter some incel morons who defended him may have bought some).

Don't know if it's true. Story that Utd haven't provided him with a solicitor.

I think I've seen that too - they're not going to be providing him with any sort of legal support.

Nor should they, he's a representative of the club and him doing this reflects really poorly on the values of Man Utd. I'd suspect they'll be doing everything they can to distance themselves from him/these allegations.

It's a PR nightmare for them, especially with some of the allegations that people at the club were aware of Greenwood behaving like this... I think no matter what happens, he's finished at United. They can't be seen being sympathetic to someone that the public are going to consider a woman-batterer and a rapist, particularly with the controversy that hangs over Ronaldo's head.

I think we need to proceed with caution on this moving forward.

I've genuinely read that Ronaldo's Legal/PR team are scourging the internet/social media platforms for anything that published these allegations, considering he was never charged nor convicted of it. A lawsuit/cease and desist would be accompanied by it.

Mad.

Yeah but I don't think saying there's controversy that hangs over him is anything libelous to worry about there. I'm not saying he's guilty or he isn't - because I don't know what happened and I probably never will know.

But the fact is there've been articles about the controversy in reputable papers around the world, so if they issue us a cease and desist... I can edit my post and edit all mentions of it. But I think it'd be a bit silly for them to demand that I refuse to accept that there's some controversy that hangs over him.

Those Villa fans that came up with that funny chant must have really touched a nerve with him if Ronaldo's really having people do that xD

His girlfriend has a recent Netflix documentary released and it got me thinking how she thinks of this whole situation.

And why would they??? Not sure how common it is for clubs to offer such assistance in other circumstances because I can't think of any off the top of my head but as you rightly point out this is a nightmare scenario for the club, If they did give him any help it would be out of fairness and support for one of their employees, ( innocent until proven guilty etc.. ) however given the nature of what is going on it would just look like they support that kind of behaviour and that's something they simply can't afford to do...

I have not seen any of the pictures or heard any of the audio connected to the case but it sounds like he has royally fucked himself... I am pretty sure he can afford a decent solicitor on his wages though...

Always knew there was outside issues with this piece of trash, and the FA and Man United gave stories like oh he needs to grow physically and mature more.

well we all have been surprised, just how serious these issues are I’m disgusted with this piece of trash and what ever the outcome I compared voices of recordings and the few interviews he gave, turns out it’s definitely him so that’s what swung it for me.

benefit of the doubt is kind of gone in my opinion, and I want this piece of trash punished fully we all no he will squirm and try and get out of it.
