Everton and Forest put into further context why they'll survive and why we won't.

This is proper hump from Arsenal. Forest are just watching them under no pressure until they get a chance to break away and finish the game off.

Arsenal really have nothing left in the tank, they don’t want to be on the pitch and don’t want this fight with Forest.

Arsenal are a fucking shambles aren’t they. This capitulation at the most important part of the season is disgraceful from them players. Don’t care what the goal before the season was, this has been a massive massive bottlejob.

Forest win 1-0, keeping them in the prem for another season and making Man City the champions.

Everton, Leeds and Leicester to take two of the three spots now, with Leicester possibly joining Southampton if Leeds win and Leicester lose.

Well that's that then. at least Sterling will have to give us a guard of honour tomorrow xD ..party atmosphere tomorrow before the pitch invasion  ..3 friendly's and 2 cup final's to go, we can rest players now

Did anyone actually believe Arsenal could keep that incredible form up really. I didn't especially given they were being chased down by a team that know full well they can win game after game, regardless of rotation.

They aren't playing the same game as everyone else anymore, they've got two teams of world class players. The best kids from around Europe that they've also used their wealth to poach and the best backroom staff and head coach in world football.

We're all playing for second place from now on.

Only Sancho can stop them.

They are probably partly deflated at losing out to City after being there for so long and maybe don't feel they have to put the effort in now.. They can't get knocked from second so probably feel the extra effort isn't worth it..

I wouldn't say a shambles... they have done well this season, much better than anyone might have thought considering the poor season before but maybe they just don't have the squad depth needed for a sustained fight till the end???

They have become the new 'old' Manchester United where they are constantly winning and are the team everyone wants to beat..

There's going out with a whimper and then there's what they've served up over the past 2 months or so. Such a shame.

Could've played until July and Arsenal wouldn't have scored. Forest are a bad side, but they have fight and determination in spades - things that should be a given but clearly not when you look elsewhere.

Yeah I get that completely, but you still want to finish the season strongly regardless even if you can’t win. They look like they wanna be on holiday

It's very fitting that the title was confirmed with an Arsenal loss. There'll be a lot of stuff written about this Arsenal side overcompensating for peoples low expectations of them in the summer, but this is a choke and should be treated as such. The game's the game.

Agree about the finishing strongly but that mentality comes from winners and Arsenal have been way off the pace in that regard for a long while.. I think this season has taken a lot of people by surprise and for a while they were riding the wave of success that probably even caught them out but when they hit a bit of adversity and results were going against them they couldn't muster the right fight and attitude to regain that momentum..

We weren't this dominant mate, we may have won 13 Premier league titles in 20 years but we didn't make the league a shut out nearly every season. We often won it on the last day or were pushed hard for titles.

City will no doubt win this by 10 points.

We were well managed through success, with at least a quarter of our squad being homegrown or cheap buys.

Pep isn't getting the best out of players like John O Shea. He's built a tailor made squad of players from back to front with a limitless budget.

I completely agree with you mate, don’t think they’ve bottled it by any means. But they look shot to pieces right now

Its been a great season,  and a win on monday would be the cherry on top.  Arsenal's capitulation makes City's form look better than it was,  I can't see Liverpool of the previous season capitulating like this and had they had 11 points over City,  they probably would have gone on to win the title.

They are still fighting for Europe this is worse for Leeds tbh

I'm guessing they want no part in the Conference League xD

Well, what a thoroughly shit day.

I feared that Forest result would happen and it came true.

I got a really strong feeling we'll lose tomorrow and that will essentially be that.
