An incorrigible racist bully who was rightly sidelined by Liverpool Football Club in the modern era, he spoke proudly of bullying young black, scouse lads at the club.

Now you mention it, I do remember something from Howard Gayle about that. Just didn't twig it was Tommy Smith

Tommy Smith has passed away.

RIP

Good riddance. People of that racial bias aren't needed nor welcomed.

You are now on 88 points - more than ever before - but you're not going to win the league. :(

Comparing this side to the great Liverpool sides, they deserve to be mentioned alongside those based on what we've seen this season. It would be a great shame if this side didn't win anything this season nevermind the league.

From our perspective they deserve to win both competitions to be able to be mentioned in the same breath as those sides of the 70s and 80s but there's every chance it doesn't work out like that.

This is great side though whatever happens and regardless of what the banter brigade on social media post

We're still maybe a 10% chance of City dropping a point somewhere...

There's such little hope that United can help Liverpool win the league that they've already given up hoping and just getting on with kicking them while they're down xD.

He could well get another.

Such an influential player in our lineup. Really shows how important those two wide positions can be for a team that attacks well.

Cant actually believe how good hes turned out to be.

Got to be one of the biggest steals of all time.

He and Gini make a massive argument for looking for value signings within the Premier league rather than picking the obvious choices from other leagues charge a much bigger premium.

Any idea who selected to sign Robbo in the first place? Was it Klopp?

Whatever happens in the last two league games and the semis against Barca we can only be proud of this side. Yes, we need a trophy but this side couldn't have given any more to get that. We'd already be Champions in pretty much any other season.

I hope we win one of them because this side deserves it. What a fucking football team

How much you get him for?

Never even heard of Kevin Stewart either xD

It's definitely up there with one of the best bits of business by a team in this league.

Kante for £5m beats that though

VVD was expensive, but his fee is pretty much the total price of our first choice back 4 combined.

Gomez, Trent and Robbo cost 10m.

This will never get old. That shake of the head

Just like you claiming "we're going to proper embarrass these" before the Goodison derby only for you to draw and allow City to take the lead in the title fight will never get old if you lose the title by one point xD.

If I remember rightly, I said if we get an early goal we could embarrass Everton

Liverpool fans saying they are going to line the streets outside the Etihad for our game Monday night xD

Have the players walk and not use the bus then the stones wont make any sense.
