Had this poll before, but it somehow vanished or was archived or whatever.

I used to eat meat probably every day, because I was pretty bad at cooking, and just making stuff with meat is the easiest choice in most cases. But in recent years I have become very interested in the vegetarian and vegan cuisine, plus I don't really want to eat animal all that often, and if I do, I make sure it's from a decent animal husbandry. So nowadays I only eat meat once or twice per week, very seldom maybe an extra day if there's a special occasion or if I'm invited somewhere.

Almost every day, these days. Voted for 5 days a week, as 1-2 days is often for fish/seafood, and 1-2 days I might eat something plant based only.

I'll never go fully vegetarian but I like to have the balance/variety in what I eat.

Probably have it 3-4 times a week.

Chicken, lamb or pork. Sometimes turkey but find it can be bland no matter what seasoning you put on it.

I haven't changed and I still eat a lot of chicken and Jumbo sausages, I tried being a vegetarian once but that never lasted.

I enjoy meat,  often with veg like in stir fry's and wraps.    I like lamb in particular and angus beef strips for stir fry and wraps.

Meat is also a lot cheaper relative to some others on here so it not as much of a luxury.    Exotic meat like Wagyu is pricey but that is a once off thing.

Yeah daily and oft multiple times daily. I do mix in vegetarian meals here and there, but they are the exception. I'd say that of the 14 non breakfast meals I have per week that a good 8-10 or so involve meat. Probably 60-70% white meat.

Fish and Seafood are meat right?

I would probably eat meat in some form 5-6 days a week.

Rarely ever at breakfast. Usually do at lunch and dinner. Although we do usually have once a week a pure veggie meal.

For about 4 years I've been eating meat once a week and more vegan for the rest. As someone who has done all forms of training and dieting since the age of 12/13. From my experience, vegan food doesn't to be good for muscle building. When I used to eat meat 5 times per week, prior to the previous 5 years. I always had good definition and the bare minimum my top 4 abs would show. Since I've gone more vegan, I don't have the same definition, I can just about see my top 2 abs.

It may be age as I'm 46 this month. I have looked into vegan food and it could be down to 2 factors. Plant food in higher in both calories and carbs. With meat I found it easier to control e.g. chicken breast or red meat. You can take the fat and skin off which then makes the meat near enough zero carbs. Then you can add your veg or salad, with plant food this is more difficult.
