Administrator Stan Posted January 23, 2018 Administrator Posted January 23, 2018 Benteke. little old Bournemouth paying over £100k/w for a player. Bony. that spell at Man City setting him up for life. Sanchez's new wage is obscene.
Honey Honey Posted January 23, 2018 Author Posted January 23, 2018 Did you know Jermaine Defoe has only scored 4 goals in his last 30 appearances. Still has 2 and a half more years earning £130k a week

Wow Krichowiak is playing for fucking Albion, he could be playing for a club like Juve.
Subscriber JoshBRFC+ Posted January 23, 2018 Subscriber Posted January 23, 2018 How can Bournemouth afford that amount for Defoe?! Ridiculous amount of money.

Honey Honey Posted January 23, 2018 Author Posted January 23, 2018 Bournemouth were the 32nd richest club in the world last season.
Smiley Culture Posted January 23, 2018 Posted January 23, 2018 This ‘little old’ Bournemouth bollocks is still going? They’re a club who have money pumped into them from foreign shores, it’s no romantic football story some like to believe.

I think it's used sarcastically here given they're an oil funded club that play some of the dirtiest football in the league.
Dr. Gonzo Posted January 23, 2018 Posted January 23, 2018 Lol some of our flops have led to them getting paid waaaay too much. Jonjo and Benteke paid that much is crazy.

SirBalon Posted January 23, 2018 Posted January 23, 2018 Mkhitaryan hasn’t done absolutely anything yet to have deserved that amount of money. We’re all over the place and you can bet a few players are going to be knocking on some doors at The Emirates. Apart from that, I can’t believe some of the clubs that are paying so much to their players. Clubs that shouldn’t be!
HK85 Posted January 23, 2018 Posted January 23, 2018 Sanchez is 5% of United's probable earnings for the duration of his contract.

Considering he was probably the most in-form playmaker in Europe a season and a half ago, he certainly was right to demand a big wage when he went to United. And I guess we wasn’t willing to take a major pay cut when he could sit it out at United instead.

Cicero Posted January 23, 2018 Posted January 23, 2018 Reckon Sanchez and his dogs will have that happily ever after they've always wanted.
DNA Posted January 23, 2018 Posted January 23, 2018 Defoe, 35 years old, 3 years to run on contract, earning more than Kane, it's a great deal to end his career, what were Bournemouth thinking there, surely they'd impose some sort of cap considering their ranking and probable league finishes with him leading the line.
Lucas Posted January 23, 2018 Posted January 23, 2018 Kane's wage actually looks incredibly ludicrous now. Considering he's won the last three golden boot's and scored over 20 goals in four successive seasons, he has every right to be thinking he deserves more, especially as he is the most indispensable player at his club. It would be interesting to know how much Spurs would break their wage structure to reward him when the big clubs come circling ready to double or possibly even triple his current wage.
