Beef with mushrooms? Looks good...

I use only olive oil as well, makes a massive difference, imo. Would never go back to cooking with something else.

Yep, beef & mushrooms :D  ..good choice because 99% of other cooking oils are pure poison lol ..it taste so much better too doesn't it

The taste, the aroma, and the very fact that it doesn't feel as greasy and sticky as other oils. Love it...

I mostly use extra virgin olive oil for cooking, but with some food I cook with grapeseed oil (it has a higher smoke point, which can be useful if you've got to cook at higher temperatures).

When your fat adapted its a nice post workout treat meal once in awhile when your looking for a big calorie meal, high in protein and fat B|
