Yeah it seems to be happening in a few leagues. Happened with Lucas with Roma and Spezia, and it happened with Liverpool and United recently too.

Mel has completed a move from Belgium to the Netherlands on a free transfer. They move from Club Brugge to sign for FC Twente on a deal until the end of the season or until they lose next.

Their first fixture will be away to Sparta Rotterdam on the 28th.
