Lucas
Obviously there are loads but I have to pick one that has stayed with me forever. For me, I have never been able to erase the scary look on Cathy Bates face in Misery when Paul wakes up in the night, and the camera just pans to her face, staring at him menacingly during the thunder and lightening storm, just before she injects him. Literally gives me the willies how possessed she looks. Urgh. Then when he wakes up, seemingly thinking all is well only to see a block of wood between his feet and him tied up. As the haunting Piano music plays, you know something bad is going to happen. And you're literally thinking 'No, don't do it, don't do it, don't do it...' but, you cannot look away. And then she does it. And you're like 'Fuccccccckkkkk'.

Will Smith gets a lot of stick for his acting but the balance between goofy teenager and a human physically breaking down is hit on so many levels during that scene. Incredible piece of acting by him and the guy who played Uncle Phil.

Devil
The Joker Pretty much think this movie was a masterpiece from start to finish, the way they built up Arthur having a mental breakdown was one of the most unnerving pieces of cinema especially when he did that creepy dance. https://www.bing.com/videos/search?view=detail&mid=9E235D118899642BF5469E235D118899642BF546&q=Will+you+introduce+me+as+the+Joker+scene&shtp=GetUrl&shid=8d5ecf05-f426-4453-a073-b4d9a298e22c&shtk=Q2FuIHlvdSBpbnRyb2R1Y2UgbWUgYXMgSm9rZXI%2FIHwgSm9rZXIgW1VsdHJhSEQsIEhEUl0%3D&shdk=Sm9rZXIgKDIwMTkpIFNjZW5lOiBDYW4geW91IGludHJvZHVjZSBtZSBhcyBKb2tlcj8gUGxheWxpc3Q6IGh0dHBzOi8vaXMuZ2QvVlVVQWNOIFN0b3J5bGluZTogSW4gR290aGFtIENpdHksIG1lbnRhbGx5IHRyb3VibGVkIGNvbWVkaWFuIEFydGh1ciBGbGVjayBpcyBkaXNyZWdhcmRlZCBhbmQgbWlzdHJlYXRlZCBieSBzb2NpZXR5LiBIZSB0aGVuIGVtYmFya3Mgb24gYSBkb3dud2FyZCBzcGlyYWwgb2YgcmV2b2x1dGlvbiBhbmQgYmxvb2R5IGNyaW1lLiBUaGlzIHBhdGggYnJpbmdzIGhpbSBmYWNlLXRvLWZhY2Ugd2l0aCBoaXMgYWx0ZXItZWdvOiB0aGUgSm9rZXIuIERpcmVjdG9yOiBUb2RkIC4uLg%3D%3D&shhk=lDQTV5azo5C9wRTnJxLfZPJI%2BYS0IlEyTpvNudT95%2Fo%3D&form=VDSHOT&shth=OSH.pAU9JluTr34tWD7IG0DXvg

I felt like a lot of people could relate to it - whether they've been through it themselves or know someone close who might have experienced it. For a comedy show to portray something, not least for the main character, to be so deeply emotional & hard-hitting was superb.

SchalkeUK
Following the 'defeat' of the Japanese invasion in the film '1941' the Ned Beatty nailed a wreath on the door of the cliff top house to celebrate the victory. Cicero
The plot itself isn't anything extraordinary but Phoenix's display and realism for a disease is just as comparable as Daniel Day Lewi's performance in my left foot.

I think Joaquin Phoenix is a great actor, but he was a terrible joker in a terrible joker film. In any case here are some iconic scenes: Dirty Harry: Rocky (yes, of course it's the training montage): Wayne's World: and one so iconic, I don't even need to post a video and I bet you can still hear it:
