Subscriber Dan+ Posted December 7, 2020 Subscriber Posted December 7, 2020 It's hard to see Bilic surviving that.
Redcanuck Posted December 7, 2020 Posted December 7, 2020 You would think Arteta is in trouble. Worst start in over 40 years for Arsenal.
Subscriber Pyfish+ Posted December 7, 2020 Subscriber Posted December 7, 2020 Still can't see Wilder being sacked. Billic is the most likely for me to be next.

Yeah, it can't be much longer. The club will have one eye on the January transfer window so if they are going to bring in a new man, they will want to give him time to assess the squad.
DeadLinesman Posted December 8, 2020 Posted December 8, 2020 Has to be Solksjaer now. No need to keep him around as we’re basically out of Europe.

N U F C Posted December 9, 2020 Posted December 9, 2020 Bilic will be gone soon but I don't really see much quality in their squad, pretty sure they'll go down regardless of who they appoint. Wilder must come under pressure soon but I still don't think he'll be sacked for a while.

Administrator Stan Posted December 15, 2020 Author Administrator Posted December 15, 2020 Looks like it's Bilic. Sacked after a point at Man City. Funny old game.

LFCMike Posted December 15, 2020 Posted December 15, 2020 Not really. Probably already lining someone else up some time before this City game.

MUFC Posted December 16, 2020 Posted December 16, 2020 If big Sam keeps them up, the debate of which manager is the goat is over.
Honey Honey Posted January 19, 2021 Posted January 19, 2021 If we don't win a game this month I think even Bruce's pals will be struggling to back him with a straight face. We need a win to keep arms length from the drop, to scrape wins every now and then until the season ends is probably the minimum requirement for Bruce to keep his job under Ashley. So with that Bruce is 3 games from the sack, every win will buy him an extra 3-5 games.
The Artful Dodger Posted January 19, 2021 Posted January 19, 2021 Who else would be coming in for Bruce? Knowing your luck it'll be Pulis.
Lucas Posted January 19, 2021 Posted January 19, 2021 1 hour ago, The Artful Dodger said: Who else would be coming in for Bruce? Knowing your luck it'll be Pulis. @Steve Bruce Almighty mentioned it somewhere before but you could definitely see it being Eddie Howe. Even got 3 of his former players waiting for him there and there will be the belief he plays 'attractive football'. Looks quite an obvious set replacement though as we know, hardly going to change the club in the long term.
The Artful Dodger Posted January 19, 2021 Posted January 19, 2021 Forgot about Howe, definitely a shout. He's very linked with Celtic too at the moment though. Might have to bin Bruce off sharpish.
Subscriber RandoEFC+ Posted January 19, 2021 Subscriber Posted January 19, 2021 Howe is the natural choice you'd have to say, unless they can find someone from abroad like Southampton like to do. You can just see Ashley going for Hughes though just to wind up the fans.
Smiley Culture Posted January 19, 2021 Posted January 19, 2021 Honestly don’t think Howe would be a good choice for Newcastle or why Newcastle would be a good next step for Howe, whilst they’re owned by Ashley.
Honey Honey Posted January 19, 2021 Posted January 19, 2021 Bruce will probably get a result soon to buy him more time. Maybe even stay up safely and remain in charge until takeover. If I was a gambling man I'd say Euros cancelled and Roberto Martinez comes in.
