Welcome back to Gloryhunter! I hope you're all enjoying our little excursion to Germany. Some of you enjoying a taste of top flight football rather than the lows of League One and Two. The spreadsheet I use to compile everything together didn't enjoy me adding 25 new teams to it at once and it took bloody ages but all is well now.

Everyone except Tommy has now played a match now so here is a round up of what has happened...

- As a result of us all having new teams, we have now collectively been with 118 teams.
- Lots of draws means a few chances to jump ship for some of you!
- It was back to winning ways for @nudge who goes level on points with @Stan who lost his match and joins @Toinho at Hertha
- Newcomer @Deco only managed to pick up a point in his first game of the competition but gets to choose whether he is with Dusseldorf or Paderborn going forward. 
- Myself and @LFCMadLad can't seem to keep away from each other as we are now back with the same team again!

WEEKEND RESULTS

It still feels weird to have the football back! The other major leagues are returning soon (other than those who finished prematurely) so it might not be long before you return to your old clubs!

Here is what has happened since Friday's matches...

  • Both @nudge and @Stan both won so it remains the same at the top of the table with only goal difference separating the top two.
  • @CaaC (John) chose correctly it seems as RB Leipzig sailed to a 5 goal win whilst @Rucksackfranzose chose Freiburg who lost to Bremen.
  • @Tommy won his first match of the mini excursion after not playing last time out
  • There was 5 goals too for @Dr. Gonzo as Bayern Munich and Frankfurt played out a 5-2 result
  • 5 seemed to be the theme of the weekend as 5 matches ended up in draws
  • Newbie @Deco was one of those draws making it 2 draws in 2 games

Had a bit of time this morning to compile the results for last night...

- It's back to winning ways for @Smiley Culture and @Bluewolf
- @nudge loses which is good news for @Stan as long as he capitalises on it tonight
- @Dr. Gonzo won the biggest game of the night which means @Batard joins him at Bayern - not the worst move in the world!
