Surely it's 90mins only?

That would be harsh on anyone that backs a draw and then loses in extra time, likewise anyone that backs a win and it ends a draw?

No one counts extra time, not even the bookies!

Always been like that and was like it in the last round!

That's why it's better to specify (I believe) that ET does count. Cos if someone backs a win after AET, that's the final result? If for example it's 0-0, the game isn't over and then anyone who guesses a win after AET gets the points.
