Subscriber Viva la FCB+ Posted December 8, 2017 Subscriber Posted December 8, 2017 @nudge Just finished Godless and i loved it. It is a bit slow going but the characters and story they build made for a great watch. Jeff Daniels stole the show. Quote

Eco Posted January 16, 2018 Posted January 16, 2018 Watched the only season of Gypsy on Netflix. It was alright, weird and totally makes you not trust anyone you are in a relationship with. Finishing up Mr. Robot - Which is pretty good, however not as great as I feel some make it out to be. The whole Dual Personality/Hallucination thing is a bit too much for me. Hoping another season of Ozarks comes out soon. And when the lady isn't around, I love to watch me some Longmire. Quote
Smiley Culture Posted January 23, 2018 Posted January 23, 2018 Finished The Sinner over the weekend, wasn’t a massive fan. The last two episodes were good but the middle part of the series was just weird and not very entertaining or enthralling, tbh. Quote
Harry Posted January 23, 2018 Posted January 23, 2018 I just got up to speed with Designated Survivor, with Kiefer Sutherland as the US president. Really nice, solid show. A cross between 24 and the West Wing. Recommended. Quote

6666 Posted February 13, 2018 Posted February 13, 2018 Into the second season of Peaky Blinders. Tom Hardy plays a nutcase better than anyone in history. 1 Quote
Cicero Posted February 20, 2018 Posted February 20, 2018 Pretty good 3 episode series on Juventus on Netflix. Surrounds this current season, the club, as well as it's players daily lives. Expect more episodes to be added soon. Quote

I get a bit bored of it now, mostly because I didn't buy too much into it as Alfie Solomon. Good character, obviously good actor but as far as "nutcases" go he's played much better characters with more depth to them in Bronson and The Take. Quote
Administrator Stan Posted March 7, 2018 Author Administrator Posted March 7, 2018 Anyone else watching Requiem? Drama on BBC One. Quote

A walking carrot? give me a break...This remake looks good too, I'm definitely going to give it a go. I was pissed off when the series ended abruptly without a proper ending, so I'm hoping this is going to resolve that, hehe. Quote

The original contained a lot of laughs especially with the Mr Smith character and his constant Robot bashing every time he got in some trouble.. This has a far more serious feel to it and should be a good watch.. Edited March 10, 2018 by Bluewolf 1 Quote

...Dan Posted March 19, 2018 Posted March 19, 2018 Finished Altered Carbon (really liked it) recently and now, despite not being a Marvel fan (I generally avoid the films because they're all the same) I've been convinced by a friend to give Jessica Jones a try. Watched 4 episodes so far and it's surprisingly good. Quote
Administrator Stan Posted March 19, 2018 Author Administrator Posted March 19, 2018 currently watching Requiem. Drama on BBC. Getting better each episode. Quote
Pepe Silvia Posted March 27, 2018 Posted March 27, 2018 Currently watching Mad Men and Archer on Netflix. Liking them a lot so far. Also watching The Assassination of Gianni Versace on BBC. 4 episodes in and it's quite good. Quote
